Jono Meko Skersvėjo gatvelė Užupyje - ypatinga vieta, kuri tiek fiziškai-geografiškai, tiek ir metaforiškai sujungia miesto upę gatvę su vandens upe.
Gatvių instaliacijų meno galerijoje ARTerija eksponuojamoje instaliacijoje skleidžiasi gamtinės, istorinės atminties santykis su vieta ir žmogumi.
Tekančios upės vaizdinys, tai nuolatinė, nenutrūkstama gyvybės forma. Vilties, laukimo, prašymo ir tikėjimo - atplaukiančia baltos pieno putos, būsena. Upės Žemę maitina, globoja ir gelbsti tarsi mūsų pačių kraujagyslės kūne.
Monikos Žaltės video kūrinyje tekanti upė atspindi sudėtingą sistemą, nematomą plika akimi, pulsuojančią ir tekančią. Judėjimas unikalus tiek žmogaus, tiek upės istorijoje.
Linos Jonikės perkonstruotos ir prikeltos naujam gyvenimui baidarės sukurtos iš džinsinio audinio fiksuoja laiko atkarpą, kuri negrįš, tačiau yra atpasakojama kaip jaunystės prisiminimo ir meilės istorijos artefaktas. Dekonstruotas senas objektas, prikeliamas naujam suvokimui ir prasmėms. Džinsas, kuriuo menininkė dengia seną baidarę, siejamas su laisvės simboliu ir artumo metafora, apjungia meilės istoriją, įženklindamas bendrystę ir kelionę kartu gyvenimo
upe.

Jonas Mekas Skersvėjis Street in Užupis is a special place that connects the city's street with the water river, both physically and geographically, as well as metaphorically.
In the installation exhibited in the art gallery of street installations ARTerija, the relationship of natural, historical memory with place and person unfolds.
The image of a flowing river is a constant, unbroken form of life. A state of hope, expectation, request and faith - in the coming white milk foam. Rivers nourish, protect and save the Earth like our own blood vessels in the body.
The flowing river in Monika Žalte's video piece reflects a complex system, invisible to the naked eye, pulsating and flowing. The movement is unique in both human and river history.
Lina Jonikė's reconstructed and revived kayaks coated with denim capture a period of time that will not return, but is retold as an artifact of a memory of youth and a love story. An old object is deconstructed and resurrected for new perceptions and meanings. The jeans used by the artist to cover an old kayak are associated with a symbol of freedom and a metaphor of closeness, combining the story of love, symbolizing communion and traveling together on the river of life.
